FROM TRADITIONAL QUILTER TO ART QUILTER
Follow Megan on her journey from creating her first quilts based in tradition to her current art quilts inspired by the artists of today. This hour-long presentation will highlight the techniques used in her quilts as well as the sources of her inspiration. The trunk show featuring many of her quilts will also be on display for everyone to enjoy.
Megan will also have items for sale including her patterns, stencils and additional fabric painting supplies.
FROM ORDINARY TO SPECTACULAR WITH FABRIC PAINT
In this one hour presentation, Megan will share her unique art quilts as well as the various techniques she uses to create her own painted fabric. A variety of pigment types will be discussed as well as the many methods to apply them. A trunk show of her painted quilts will help inspire everyone to give fabric painting a try!
